Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Lori
Lori has been with Bloom and Reddy Orthodontics since 2000 and in the orthodontic field since 1997. Lori is currently our Treatment Coordinator, putting to work her extensive knowledge gained from being a chairside assistant for 10 years. When she's not working hard with us, she is at home in Thurmont, caring for her two children, Mason and Brynn. Lori also enjoys spending time with her husband, Rich and perfecting her skills in photography.

Terry
Terry has been a valuable addition to Bloom and Reddy Orthodontics since 2006. As our Office Manager she has a tough job. She has 22 years experience in the dental field, five of which have been in the specialty of orthodontics. When Terry is not busy keeping everyone straight at the office, she's busier at home caring for her son and grandchildren.

Heather H.
Heather has been with our practice since 2006. Heather completed her dental training from Hagerstown Business College. She continued on to the Maryland State Dental Association to complete her orthodontic training and is also a certified Dental Radiation Technologist. She enjoys spending her time with friends and lives in Thurmont. Go Cougars.

Kerry
Kerry has been a sparkling addition to our staff since 2006. She received her formal training from the Maryland State Dental Association and also has a degree in Forensics from Frederick Community College. Kerry is a certified Dental Radiation Technologist. When she is not working she is at home in Frederick enjoying time with her beautiful baby girl, Genesis!

Necedah
Necedah joined the Bloom and Reddy Orthodontics team in 2010! Necedah is one of the cheerful voices you will hear when calling our office. She brings with her 6 years experience in the dental field and has been a wonderful addition to our staff. When Necedah is not working hard for our patients she is at home in Walkersville with her adorable little girl Kateri!

Donna
Donna is the newest addition to the Bloom and Reddy team! She brings 7 years of dental experience to our front desk. Donna hails from Philadelphia, PA and has had the awesome opportunity to travel extensively with her husband of 28 years. She is the mother of 3 handsome young men and now resides in Walkersville. We are looking forward to a bright future with Donna!

Ashley
Ashley has been with our practice since 2005 as a Clinical Technician. She received her training and Orthodontic certification from the Maryland State Dental Association and is also a Maryland State Certified Dental Radiation Technologist. Ashley spends her free time with her family and friends in Thurmont.

Erin
Erin is the newest addition to our clinical staff. Erin is a Maryland State Certified Dental Radiation Technologist as well as, a fully trained and certified orthodontic assistant. When Erin is not at work she is kept busy raising her children together with her husband in Thurmont.
